The Villa
The Kingfisher is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa. It has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a further 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. The living area is bright, airy, and open plan. It has a formal lounge area, dining room and family room. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for a family as well as a dining area for casual meals. There is air conditioning throughout, a security alarm system and all bed linen and towels for use in the villa are provided. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway.
The Amenities
The family room features a large screen TV and DVD player. There is a large carpeted Games Room with pool table, air hockey and football table for those evenings at home. The outdoor area features an extended deck, large pool, which can be heated in winter months, and Jacuzzi, along with an outdooor eating area. This area overlooks a conservation area. The laundry room contains large washer, drier, iron and ironing board. The villa is located on the beautiful and prestigious gated community of Watersong in Davenport. The villa is a few minutes walk from the Clubhouse which has a large zero entry pool and spa, high speed internet connection, gym, putting green, volley ball court, and children's play area. All this is located just 20 minutes from Disney, 35 minutes from Universal and 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Low Season 2023

Mid Season 2025
(April, May, June, September, October) £140 per night
High Season 2025
(July, August, Easter, Christmas, New Year) £160 per night
Minimum stay of 7 nights.
£100 deposit to secure booking.
There is a £100 cleaning fee.
Payment by bank transfer.
Pool heating £25 per night - recommended October-May.
There is a £200 refundable security deposit to cover damages should they occur.
